Best Rate Guarantee


Feel confident knowing that you will always get the best available rate at Days Inn Liverpool.


Whenever you make a room reservation for Days Inn Liverpool, through our website, through our Central Reservations team or direct with the hotel, we guarantee that you will receive the lowest rate possible.


If you find a lower publicly available rate for Days Inn Liverpool, on a competing website, prior to, or within 24 hours of booking your hotel room, simply submit a Best Rate Guarantee Claim to us and we will create a new reservation for you honoring that lower rate.
Reserving on our site is quick and easy and there are no hidden fees. If you have any questions, our customer service staff will be more than happy to provide assistance.


Any questions regarding claims should be directed to reservations@daysinnliverpool.com


Within 48 hours a Customer Service Representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation or, if you have yet to make a reservation, we will contact you to make a reservation directly with us.


Checking In


You may check into Days Inn Liverpool from 2pm on your day of arrival. Please go straight to reception where you will be given your room key. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the hotel [except for guide dogs]. All guests arriving from outside the United Kingdom will need to provide photographic ID with them at check in (passport, ID card or driving licence) which will be photocopied and a record of which will be preserved for 12 months. This is in line with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 under section 4.


Checking Out


Guests are requested to check out no later than 11am on the morning of your departure. We accept all major credit cards and cash as payment.


Cancellation policy


Cancellations before 4pm on the day of booking will not be charged (this excludes advanced purchases). Cancellations after 4pm on day of booking or no-shows will be charged the rate of the first night


Advanced Purchase Bookings


Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. No cancellations or amendments can be made once bookings has been placed. If cancellation is required full payment is taken and is non refundable.


Group Bookings


If you're looking for a hotel with excellent facilities and a great location that can accommodate 3 adults in a room and large groups... then look no further. Days Inn Liverpool City Centre is the ideal venue for such a requirement. Whether you're staying for one night or an entire week, our hotel is ideal for accommodating that 1 room or a large group. Here at Days Inn Liverpool City Centre we understand that organising a group can be stressful and expensive but we have everything you need to make your trip enjoyable even if you're looking to splash out or you’re on a budget. We have designed our hotel to accommodate groups large or small, making travelling with a large party both convenient and enjoyable.

Please note that a security bond of £100 per room for groups of 3 or more rooms will be required.
